rev:text	I rarely write a review, and ironically one of the few I have written was for Chuy's and it was positive. In fairness the food with respect to its price and quantity is still solid. However my most recent experience was a bit of a debacle. We came in at 7:30pm and were told a wait was 25-30 mins, we were finally sat at 9pm. I realize the time hostesses provide is not an exact science but wow, that was quite the underestimate. We kept checking with the hostess desk to see when our party of 5 was next on the list and kept being assured we were close to being next. Had they even told us the wait was an hour, we would have left, without any bad taste in our mouth understanding it was just a busy night. At one point an employee informed me that some parties had sat themselves irrespective of their order on the list, which was part of the source of the delay, I was shocked to see that a group could do that and yet still be served. Lastly even when we did sit, it took about a 30-40 mins for food to get out after order. The waiter appeared to be doing what he could, it just seemed whether it was the bar or kitchen, things were just dragging. Which was even more surprising because by this point it was almost an empty restaurant! Felt like we could not win. All in all we finally left at 10:30 PM. Needless to say it was not in our plans to turn dinner into a 3 hour event. Like I said food is good, but I would be very hesitant to come here during peak hours again, take any time to seating forecasts and multiply by 3!
