  • Not the Spot for eye brow wax... I'm very upset about the service I received. I walked in because I decided that it was time for me to try something new nearby. It was quiet and it was relatively empty so I figured it would be a good time; she wouldn't have to rush to get to someone else. Unfortunately, when they don't know what they are doing that doesn't even matter. I have been growing out my eyebrows for a while because I wanted them fuller. Well that doesn't matter any more. I asked for a clean up and slight shaping. She forced a rounded arch against my natural hairline and still left scattered hairs around. Now my eye brows are much thinner than I wished they were. Also, I had to run to cvs and buy tweezers and scissors to fix it. Don't count on me coming back.
