  • Another dealership wanted to make an appointment for me 2 weeks, which was too long with a dead batter. Roy Rodriques took great care of me, offering to schedule me right then. I was able to bring it in the next morning with an easy drop off and found out he had already cut and programmed my new key fob. I expected the car to be worked on for the entire day, but surprisingly, 4 hours later I was called and told the car was ready. The pick up went easily and the bill was as stated. Thanks Roy.
