  • *WARNING* Bad business, bad customer service, and overpriced. You will be ripped off and you won't get what you ask for. Trust me. There's only one person that runs the place and it's the owner. She will do what she thinks is best since she's the "professional". I paid $125 for a pedicure and fake nails. Nothing was done properly, pedicure was rushed and unprofessional, colour and design wasn't anything close to what I wanted, and she made fun of how "crooked" my fingers are. She kept up selling the service the whole time as to why it seems so expensive to begin with. I called back later to complain and resolve things. I asked to get everything removed and to get a refund to which she aggressively responded with "no refund!" She mentioned how hard she worked on my nails and pointed the blame on me and made me feel like I was the bad guy. She literally made me have an emotional breakdown and I ended up calling my mom and bf for support. I have never been treated this way as a customer in my life and I hope this review helps other people to take their business elsewhere.
