  • I want to start by saying this is a review of the call center! They are absolutely horrible! First off, they are so rude on the phone, which isn't even my concern. I had my daughter with Dr. Harter (whom I give 5+ starts for) in November of 2015. They said "we will call you for your one year check up", which I never received. I ended up calling them after a year and scheduling an appointment. During this appointment I decided on getting the Mirena for birth control. They said that once my birth control was approved by my insurance they would give me a call to schedule my appointment. Well again, I never got a call. Skip to a couple months of no phone call, I call them and they tell my that my insurance did approve my mirena, but I would have to pay $800 dollars up front for it, and they would pay me back once my mirena was put in. So I paid the $800. They said it would be in the office next week and they would give me a call. Skip to 2 weeks later, and guess what? NO CALL. So I call them three days in a row, in which they say "So and so isn't at her desk, if you leave your number I will have her call you back". She never called me back! So, the fourth time I called, when they asked for my number I told her that this was the fourth time they have taken my number and nobody is calling me back. She said she would put it in as a high priority. When I finally got a phone call back two days later she advised me that "I should stop calling and they would let me know when my mirena is in". Well a month and a half AFTER they said it would be in, still no phone call! I call again today to see if it is in, and they take down my info and put me on hold for 15 minutes! I finally hung up. I have had it with this office. This is really unfortunate since I love Dr. Harter and his office. This is by far the worst call center I have ever dealt with.
