  • The doctor rescheduled my appointment because her staff took forever to verify my insurance! Such as waste of time. On top of that the office staff is always rude to patients. Dr. Leslie Jacobs is a very thorough doctor but her staff is horribly rude, they do the care about the patients. I've been going to her for 4 years and I will be switching doctors after this.
