| - I first would like to say, making lots of money is this business' primary focus. Their services cost 3-4 times what you'd expect to pay at a local vet. My dog who was severely dehydrated was quickly rushed into an exam room that looks like a regular doctors office and quickly diagnosed with HGE; something apparently common among small dogs. They provide you with an itemized list of services required which you have to sign for and then pay 75% up front. My bill was going to be over $1,900. An overnight stay alone, was going to cost $810 and that's just to kennel and observe my dog. The next day the total bill, which did not include surgery, was approximately $1,400. My dog needed to be medicated, hydrated with an IV and observed overnight. What a rip off. To top things off, when I left my dog there, I was told I would be called in about an hour with the lab results. I was not called and it took over three hours and four phone calls, the last threatening a complaint with a manager before I could get the vet on the phone. I was told that a couple of emergencies had come in, despite that fact that my dog had an emergency and was near death and I just paid them up front $1,300. to save my dog. I DO NOT recommend this vet, unless you have no other options.
