rev:text	I had a 2pm appt today and am writing this review at 5:31pm. I've never had such a terrible experience. It was my first time at this place and it will be my last. First off, I booked ahead and still waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appt. The lady tells me they'll give me 20% off when I check out for the trouble. Okay. My appt was for SNS nails and a pedicure. When I got there I confirmed those two services and was given the SNS color swatch nails. I picked a dark solid grey (my typical go to) swatch and then found a bottle for my toes that was a close match. Once my pedicure was done and the dark gray was already on my toes, I'm told that the color swatch I chose for SNS, was not actually SNS, it was gel. So now I have to re-chose and there are no dark grays that aren't all sparkly. In fact, there aren't many SNS colors to chose from at all. There's nothing I like color wise that isn't sparkle city, so out of desperation, I pick what I think is burgundy. It's not my favorite color, but figured I can deal with it for a couple week and then change it up. If only the color was a problem. The work was sloppy and gloppy. I asked him to clean up all the glops, he cleaned it up a bit, but honestly, I just wanted out of there. By the time I got home, my toes were smudged off (they'd been drying for over an hour by this time) and my SNS was a hot mess. Wasted 2 hrs 45 minutes and $$ and will be going somewhere different tomorrow to fix this mess.
