  • This place is horrible. First off, good luck finding a parking spot after 7 p.m. Then walk into your nice, roach infested apartment and turn up your tv so you don't here the neighbors kids jumping up and down above you at 12:30 in the morning. The neighbors above us had several kids in the place pounding and jumping everyday from 7:00 in the morning to 1:00 am. After telling the office several time nothing was done. I was so fed up, i resorted to hit the celling a couple times. Then the lady upstairs came down and threaten our lives the next morning while we where moving out. People are out here smoking pot all night and security doesn't care. Rent was 1200 a month for a 2b 2b so save up and go else where. Upon giving my complaints to the office i was meet with "I'm so sorry, we'll fix it" but after months, nothing. Stay far away! You're life can literally be in danger at anytime. Apartments have broken in in broad day light, and the police are there at least 5 times a week. I plead with you to not live there. And i pray for the hard working people who just want to relax after a long day but cant because of the noise and pot all day and night but still live there. Im sorry.
