I am on flight 469 from CLT to SFO today. First I love this inflight wifi. It allows me to yelp and blog about the inferior service and rude snippy trolley dolly (flight attendant). If Ms. Thing hates his job as his attitude shows why doesn't he just do the air traveling community a favor and find another career. I realize the airline do not pay the attendants very well. I also realize that providing customer service is a skill and us airways has some culpability here - they should have screened this loser out in the interview process. Oh well they didn't, so now they have a dissatisfied yelper who will never fly us airways or American which they are acquiring again. I suggest you save yourself some aggravation and fly united, delta or southwest!!!
