  • I've flown Delta and Jetblue before and those were 5 hour flight one way each...flew southwest one hour and I'm ready to never fly them again.. I hate the no assigned seating. Its unorganized and makes check in a million times more stressful if flying with ppl in this case I had to sit seperatly from my kids who both have NEVER flown before.. smh The attendant told me she can't ask ppl to move just for that reason and then say my son in front with s snide " young man never pass an open seat" ugh just ugh! also the planes are dirty-no tv- wifi is literally non existent. One thing that really bothered me was the lack of notification from the flight team. Like wow no warning of turbulence or an all clear? we're all just sitting there trying to breath until 45 minutes into the flight and suddenly the plane is landing. Inever experience such a bad experience on the other airlines flown. My kids refuse to fly now.
