Chris is a very knowledgable and professional trainer, his workouts were always different and challenging. Chris liked to take advantage of the weather and we did workouts in the park using sled pushing and tire flips. My initial goal was to lose weight ( I lost 80lbs) my next goal will be to gain strength which I am sure Chris will be able to assist with.
