rev:text	i really had high hopes for this company. I called them simply because our IP address was hacked into. This caused havoc on my office. James came in and fixed it, and then told us all of my office computers were about to crash and so we put in all new hard drives. Then since we were thrilled with his knowledge, we signed up for him to completely revamp our current system. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. The system they put in does not save any work we are doing and they cannot figure it out. On top of that they are telling us to save in an archaic way which totally defeats why we hired them in the first place. Don't let this company near your systems. The reason we went with them was due to this amazing sales job and all of the great things it was supposed to do, and it cannot do it. We were told if we work remotely, we have to "remote" into a desk top. Ridiculous. Some computers work and some don't. We see documents on our computer and when we print they have no revisions. We are saving every line we type but their system saves zero. NIGHTMARE. And when I ask for the owner to call me they say "well he's a very busy man who owns many businesses." OMG if I ran my business like this I'd be shuttered in a week! RUN FAST AND DON'T LOOK BACK. AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU HIRE ANYONE. My mistake.
