  • I don't usually have much good to say about chain restaurants in CU. But I feel some positive feedback is warranted in this case. Perkins has really upped there game over the past year or so. Though I occasionally have lunch or a late evening snack here, the majority of my experience is during breakfast hours. The food is slightly better than average, better than most chains. But the service, once sorely lacking has improved greatly. Management and staff have improved in attitude, efficiency and speed of service. There are a limited number of good breakfast places in this town and sometimes waits can be long. I believe Perkins provides a worthwhile alternative.
