  • Not recommended. Special locks and insurance requirement never mentioned when reviewing costs over the phone. Clear tactic to up sell and leave you without other choise once you are there with all your belongings. You need to bring a disc lock if you do not want to overpay for one, and you can use your renters insurance instead of buying insurance from them. When property manager was questioned about this, she said that the people on the phone job is to get you to her door and that's it. They are always understaffed, so it is very hard to contact them.
