  • We booked this hotel through a third party and already paid for our reservation. We get there and there's a $21 charge for parking which is a tad annoying but whatever. They didn't charge us just $21 though..... they charged the $21 on top of another hotel charge! I called the hotel and they were just oblivious to everything stating I authorized charges. Yea, for the parking. They said I would get a call back from accounting and never did. I called the third party and thankfully they straightened it out and the hotel refunded me. How does the hotel have no idea how the guests are paying? Anyway... room was your standard hotel room. Nice area. Good breakfast. The hotel staff needs some training.
