  • We travel south for the winter in our 2014 5th wheel trailer. The residential fridge had a very small leak coming from the freezer door area onto the floor. 1st called Whirlpool, no warranty or help in fixing the little leak. Called Sears Repairman, he determined the whole freezer door needed to be replaced for $2000. Paid him a $100 for his estimate. Contacted Code Red to give us an estimate. Kyle seemed very knowledgeable & professional. He determined the parts that needed to be replaced & ordered. We were in a time crunch for we were headed to Desert Hot Spring in 10 days. Thanks to Kyle, he rushed the parts, and after received came out to fix. We so appreciated the special handling & timeframe in which we needed the fridge fixed. Also, talked to the owner, he was very professional & customer service oriented. We highly recommend Code Red for your service needs. FYI- Code Red usually don't do 'RV' appliances, however this was a full size residential fridge so thankfully, he made an exception to this 'RV' rule.
