DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH BY VISITING THIS SALON. We were heavily misguided about a Groupon that we purchased and tried to redeem. We called to make an appointment, told them we had the Groupon and they said we could redeem it and to come in that afternoon for our appointment. When we arrived at the salon they told us that they are no longer accepting the Groupon and that we would have to pay the regular salon price for the services. Not having time to find another salon that day we decided, against our better judgment, to stay and get our nails done. The salon was not clean and the staff were very unprofessional. At times they were even talking badly about customers behind their back's. My pedicure was painful. When I sat down for my manicure the towel that I was supposed to place my hands on had someone else's fingernail clippings left on it. It was clear to me that they do not value sanitation anyway shape or form. Within a few days after I returned home from our trip to Las Vegas my big toe became very inflamed and very very painful. It was so painful and swollen that I could barely walk. I had to go to urgent care for treatment. They determined that it was a serious bacterial infection from my pedicure at Natalie's Nails. The doctor had to cut my toe open to drain out the infection. I was put on antibiotics for 7 days. Unfortunately I have learned my lesson the hard way. I really don't want this to happen to anybody else. Spread the word and keep people safe!
