  • Great little coffee shop in Quartier Italien. What I enjoy about coffee shops like this is the action spills out onto the street. For me this is one of the definitions of a great coffee shop. They have these wonderful wooden benches that groggy or somewhat tired people of the community come congregate at. They are a great melting pot for the locals and those who come here to relax and have a java or cappuccino. Secondly, they must have a strong java brew. On my visit I was looking for a strong cap. Definitely not disappointed (creamy, strong and well balanced). This place has the opportunity to keep up with the likes of Olympico. I need to come back and check out their Freddo. Something about a nuclear strength iced coffee intrigues me!
