  • Worst experience EVER!!! Greeter Mike was a total asshole who was more interested in upselling headlight cleaner than car washes. He was argumentative, rude & ignorant of their own advertised prices! On their storefront it clearly states $9.99 but he insisted price was $12.99. Cashier inside wasn't much more helpful stating that "they" in the back never know about the discounts! So I guess it's the customers fault then. Hmm. I don't think so. Worst part is, after car was ready it wasn't even done... There was still debris on the floors under mats so I had to wait Again for them to re-do the vacuum. To make matters worse, I had a small crack which I pointed out to "Mike" in the very beginning. He never said anything about it just that his glass guy wasn't there today. When I get my car back the crack is 2x worse than it was just 10 minutes earlier! Wtf... Now I need to replace my entire windshield because it's sooo noticeable. Nice going guys! Never again will I go here. This location SUCKS!!!
