  • The worst post office experience! If it wasn't for the really nice manager Lacora I would have walked out and gone to mail box or UPS Store. Manager "Lacora" saw what was happening and said that she would address situation with the rude clerk. I've not personally been served by this clerk before but I have over heard him being short with other customers while I was waiting in line during a prior visit to this location. The manager should be given a gold star for her ability to turn the situation around and keep our business. She went above and beyond and was super polite during the whole ordeal. The reason I'm still giving a low star rating to this location is I hope that someone higher up the chain reads this and can help is give this amazing lady the resources she needs. So that she can either re-train or re-assign an employee who's an obovoius liability and a hinderance. For the sake and success of the operation and for the quality of life and safety of others who work there. Thank you again for all your help and good luck! I know you've got your hands full.
