  • Horrible company! Broker is nasty and steals money from you. If you are a owner beware how they treat your renters. I am renting a lovely condo at Desert Foothills Condominiums and have would have continue to renew my lease if it was not for the crooked Broker Ann. I feel bad for owners who trust Ann with Bennett Property to take care of their places. Ann bills your account up when your not even late on rent straight up steals your money and puts it in her account. Not only that but she freezes your access to pay online so you are forced to drive to the Bennett Property management office. Ann tries to make it hard for you to pay rent so she can bill your account up. Ann is totally violating fair housing she has a responsibility to accept rent for her owners they have a contract. I am in the process of locating my owner to make her aware how they are violating their contract. If you see a rental out there with Bennett Property Management attached to it run the other way unless you want serve headaches and harassments
