  • If I could give a zero star I would. They turned off my phone, internet and TV with no reason or warning. I then spent countless hours on the phone and was told that it was their mistake and they would "use it as a teachable moment". After 3 days I still don't have service. On the up side, the technician that came out to try and repair was extremely helpful.
