  • I was looking for a good coffee place in Downtown Phoenix. This place opens early morning which I liked. I had their Chai Latte which was pretty good. But.. this place is like the hallway of the building. So a lot of people walk in and out of the building. There is like an elevator that leads to other places located next to the tables. This place gets pretty loud with music and people walking in and out... so I wouldn't recommend this place for study.
