  • I've found that these people are not truthful. We dropped off our iPad for a screen repair on a Thursday morning. They said it would be done by 11am the next day. I went in the next day after 3pm and it was not ready yet. The lady said to come back at 6:30 as they closed at 7. She explained that the screen they got was defective so they needed to get another one. I sent my husband there that night at 6:45 and it wasn't ready. She told my husband the glue needed to set for 8hrs and that she told me they'd call once it's done (complete lie). So I called the next morning around 11 and she said she talked to my husband and he was going to come at 5:30 to pick it up. Also a lie. He worked till 6pm so there was no way he would've said that. When he called them later to check on the status, they told him a lady kept calling (assuming she meant me) and they kept telling me that they couldn't release it to me if he wasn't there. Another lie. Finally on Sunday it was done and my parents picked it up for us. What a joke.
