  • SPD has carved out quite the reputation in the last few years as: Trigger happy goons who have shot and killed a friend of mine, brutally beaten another. A third friend of mine, a Federal Law enforcement official no less, was arrested by SPD because he called to complain about American Traffic Solutions running an illegal test on Shea blvd. at night. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sl2LR9gi_dg This department needs a huge budget cut and to be investigated by an outside body, such as MCSO. They clearly can't handle their duty to protect and serve and probably need changes in leadership across the board. This is just one person's opinion, but it's becoming intolerable to watch this department ruin the reputation of a very nice and otherwise safe city.
