  • I think the property is nice but starting to show some age. We were disappointed the room didn't have a balcony. We were told we were upgraded because of point status. The room is spacious but the bed is showing some sagging. The property is right by the Scottsdale airport so you hear the private planes and helicopters day and night. The fitness center was clean and nicely equipped. Really would have liked the balcony at this time of year it is nice to sit outside in the shade and enjoy the fresh breeze. The staff is friendly. The bar and snacks by the pool had slow service even though there were very few people inside the restaurant and outside at the pool.
