I ordered via my phone stood at the barista counter ignored for about 5 minutes as they made sure to get Irma and Saul their orders fine, even though i thought it was supposed to make my "trip" quicker. After finally notice I was standing there, a young gentleman asked me "what was I waiting for?" I showed him the phone order he waved his hand in a circular motion as if he was annoyed with me I told him my name then the only cup for the only person standing in the lobby of the Starbucks that wasn't gone or worked there appeared in front of me then I was promptly dismissed not a friendly experience at all which is sad as I watched him
And other team members greet almost every other person who literally walked in before me and after me and that was the extent of any customer service
