  • The staff here is so unprofessional! Specially the VIP host, i had got a comp table and bottle through one of the host (not saying any names) but we'll just call him "B". He made everything sound really good, reconfirmed everything the day of said i was all set and to get there before 11:15 pm. We got there at 11 pm! Texted him and told him i was there already, 5 min passed no answer, called him and no pick up. I already knew how he looked and he was there but ignored my call and text. Was trying to get his attention but instead he sent the other to host to tell me i wasn't on the VIP list. I showed him the text msgs and confirmation and they still said i wasn't on the list! Instead they were being rude and nasty towards us, and sent us to the guest list. Later on i found out that the reason "B" did that was because i had 4 heavy set girls in my group! That is discrimination! As a Vegas local i was appalled at this! DISCRIMINATION at its finest! HAKKASAN RUINED MY MY 21ST BIRTHDAY!
