  • Known for two months about when to move and which room my family and i were going to move into. The day before we were to get the keys, "super bowl Sunday" and an hour before they were going to close that our room is not ready and that the room has changed. Very inappropriate, very unprofessional and no urgency to explain what this "new management" could do for my wife, my 6 month old son and myself. So now we need to wait for their call for some reason and to look for another apartment. This place has solidified, Vegas hospitality and this companies way of doing business.
