  • I went to this store and had the misfortune of meeting Jacob, who could not have been less interested in helping me as soon as he determined I would not be buying a phone. I showed him the iPhone I had purchased elsewhere and told him I needed a SIM card and a new plan. He informed me the card would cost $10.00 and then he insisted on knowing where I purchased the phone. I asked him if he doubted it was mine. He never asked if he could be of help and his attitude was pre-occupied (although there was only one other person in the store being helped by another associate). I asked where the real Verizon store,was,and he told me Scottsdale. I made note of his name and he sarcastically wished me a good day. I went to Scottsdale and bought a case, cover, and new plan. Whoever owns this contract store is losing business because this kid has a very bad attitude. Judging from the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks there associates are rude and less than knowledgeable. Take a 20 minute drive and go see CATHERINE and Brittany at the real Verizon store at Scottsdale and FLW, they were great and professional.
