  • Pretty new office! Same yucky service! Extremely UNhelpful staff. They overbilled me my out of pocket charges up front prior to delivery by almost $1000. 6 mos and an act of God later and I still have only gotten a total $427 back! I have provided all the proof and insurance needed to prove a refund is due to 3 different people that continually lose the paperwork. They do not return phone calls and act like they're not in the office. When I tell them I'm contacting my lawyer, all of a sudden the office manager is in the office. So unhelpful. The staff is constantly rotating from the front desk, through the nurse practitioners. Even the doctors constantly rotate. It's very frustrating and upsetting. They have failed to give the correct information causing me to have to come back for second appointment, then charge for each one even though the error was for their fault. I believe they have just gotten too big for their britches. I'll take a doctor that actually knows who I am and it's still there the next time I'm going to go to the doctors office and bills me correctly, Or at least apologizes when they don't and gets it fixed!
