  • I lived here for 1 year and was very disappointed. The appliances were always breaking down (dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc) and it took them at least two days to fix it. There were numerous reports of apartment and car break-ins, as it is not in the best area and security is a joke. It's a gated community, but it's very easy to get inside via open gates and the parking garage. They also get you with all of the additional fees! Upon moving in, the carpet had stains on it after it was washed with a carpet cleaner. My roommate and I told them about the stains during the first week. A few months before moving out, they emailed all of the residents to inform them that they were working on replacing the carpets with wood floors. After the inspection, they said we created all of he stains on the carpet and made us pay full price to replace them even though they were going to replace them anyway. Furthermore, they claimed we didn't clean our apartment! We spent HOURS scrubbing EVERYTHING (we're teachers- we know clean!). They took our deposit and then charged us over $800 to replace the carpet. This is definitely a corporation, evident in milking you for every penny you're worth!
