  • Over the past year I have had the worst experience living in this community. The office staff has been dissatisfying to say the least. I have actually watched them not answer calls an your call gets directed to the Corperate office which never for some reason has any answers. They have done several inspections in the last year which I feel is so ridiculous and the most recent one they just barged into my apartment while my little sister was still getting dressed. She asked for them to hold on an they still just walked right in. Both of the two front office ladies were super rude towards my sister and I have been trying to make a compliant and no one from the management office has contacted me. But I have been getting harassing emails about my lease agreement. To sum it up I received an email stating I must vacate my apartment at the end of my lease and I never even put in my 60 day notice. You would think for be price they would treat their renters with more respect. And you can forget about your maintenance needs getting resolved fast.
