On Sunday evening May 31 we got the one call that every rental owner dreds to hear. A water leak on the 2 nd floor of the home is flooding 3 rooms and leaking thru the kitchen and family room on the first floor. We instructed the renter to turn off the water but not after major water damage.
We called LVP early the next day and they arrived within an hour. They explained what's needed to be done and gave them our insurance deductible and they were off and running immediately. By the end of the day, ceilings were removed, walls cut, carpeting removed and all wet material removed. Many fans were in the home drying everything out. The fans ran for 3 days and dried everything completely. We had an insurance adjuster there on Tuesday.
LVP was ready to start repairs but we had to wait for the claim to be processed by the insurance co. That took about 2 1/2 weeks. After that LVP repaired everything. When I inspected the repairs, it was like nothing ever happened. All walls and ceilings were replaced and painted. New Carpeting was installed that matched the original carpeting. We had the property painted about 6 months ago and the repairs looked just like after the painting was done.
I dealt with the owners Joe and Blane. They are very professional, courteous and always available to answer questions and help with the process. I would not hesitate using them again. LVP is both a plumbing company and general contractors. Their work crews are just great. Thanks Joe and Blane and LV Plumbing and LV Restoration
