The initial experience was good. My fiance went in to pick out my wedding band without me but found that it didn't match my engagement ring. He took me back to the store with him and they were very helpful with picking out one. The problem began when we went to pick up the ring after sizing. We had already paid for the ring but when we got there they said they didn't see where we paid the $25 sizing fee. We didn't have the receipt with us so we were not able to show them where it was paid. They argued back and forth until my fiance was fed up and REPAID the fee AGAIN. We just spent a few hundred dollars in your store and they fussed and made a big deal about something we already paid! They're customer service was good until they got our money then they played dumb when they didn't have their stuff straight. We won't be going back there ever again.
