  • We put solar on our first home three years ago with SolarCity and they were great. Now, three years later, we were going to pay cash to put solar on our second home with SolarCity, and they have completely dropped the ball. This clearly is not the same company they were three years ago. We are cancelling our contract with them and are going to go with another company who is getting all 5 star reviews. Their "concierge" service is completely worthless. They keep losing our paperwork and asking for it over and over again. I am the CEO of a company, and I can recognize a failing company and SolarCity is clearly a failing company. Buyer beware! I told you so!
