I have been an OTF member for about 2.5 years now, so that should give you some idea of how awesome it is in itself. This is the best workout there is. Period. It combines interval cardio training and circuit weight training for an hour of crazy sweating. And I love sweating. They use a variety of different things for the weight training portion from TRX bands to bosu balls to medicine balls and dumbbells so you end up using every muscle in your body. And if you're scared about the cardio portion on the treadmill, don't be. I absolutely despise running. I loathe it. I'm not good at it and I would choose to do anything else. But at orangetheory, it's all in intervals, so you're only running for maybe 1-2 minutes before you get to walk again. The great thing about this is that interval cardio actually helps you burn more fat and keep more muscle than just running for 30 straight minutes. So boom, now you have no excuses!
I have been to many different otf studios, so the only thing that makes me give this one 4 stars instead of 5 is that the way the weight area has been designed leaves it pretty cramped when there's a full class. I would just suggest to the owner to think about rearranging it into a different configuration to allow more room during class.
The staff here is awesome! Everyone is super nice and ready to help you hit your goals. It's my home away from home. Oh and did I mention I've lost 22 lbs and kept it off and now love my body? :) #loveyouotf
