Summary: Do not come here for waxing. I bought the wax membership because I wanted to get a few waxing services done before I left for vacation and it seemed like a great value: $100 for unlimited total body waxing for a full year. Spoiler alert: not great value. I had an underarm wax with Rita which turned out okay, but I mentioned that the wax was too hot and afterwards my underarms were burnt and swollen and later started peeling. I had a leg wax scheduled with Lynette which she had to cancel because of a medical emergency, so we rescheduled the leg wax to coincide with the bikini wax I had scheduled the next day. I showed up for the next appointment and I was pantsless on the table for about ten minutes before she cancelled on me, and no one else was available to do my wax. So I threw my pants back on and headed home. Third time was the charm and I got a leg + bikini wax with Lynette. I mentioned that my underarms started peeling after my wax with Rita before we started the leg wax. There weren't any disposable waxing underpants so I was told to keep on my regular underwear, which got covered in wax and have to be thrown away, and we had different understandings of what counts as a bikini wax. There didn't seem to be any pattern or method for doing the leg wax. I have blonde hair, so I understand it can be hard to catch it all, but my legs are very patchy now. Worst of all, my legs are burnt to hell from the wax and have swollen, peeling, red patches all over them. Smokin' hot vacation look. Save your skin and go somewhere else for waxing. I wish I didn't buy the wax membership and will not be returning.
