rev:text	I would like to let everyone know what a SCAM this place, and the employees are. Yesterday afternoon, I took my phone to them to have the sensor plugged back into my screen (it had come loose when I dropped my phone). The same thing had happened a couple weeks back, and I had gone to the BILTMORE Apple and had them fix it, no problems whatsoever. When I walked into the Scottsdale store, I told the douche at the Genius bar what had happened, and how the Biltmore location fixed it last time. After nearly begging me to purchase an upgrade, which I assured him I did not have the money for (I'm a broke college kid.. ), he seemed SO put out about having to actually look at my phone. When he came back out 5 minutes later, he handed me my phone saying that there was NOTHING they could do for me, and that I had to get a new phone. I graciously walked out, with my broken phone in hand. The only reason I even walked into the store was because I had a few extra minutes on my lunch break, and absolutely needed my phone. Last night I called up a friend of mine that is pretty tech-savvy. Within 5 minutes of walking through his front door, my phone was FIXED! The shittiest part of my whole Apple SCOTTSDALE experience? They didn't even OPEN my phone! The asshole literally walked into the back room with my phone, then walked back out to me. Without even looking at my phone! This location will never be getting business from me, any of my friends, or family. Thanks for the disgusting scam Apple!
