  • Great service experience with excellent location and convenient return option. My sister and I stayed in Delta Chelsea Hotel which is only a few minute walking distance from this Enterprise. I made the reservation through Costco. The car is ready parked in front of the office for me. It only took me a few minute to finish all the pick up process. Received 10% discount using the coupon l found on the wall next to the concierge in our hotel hobby. The best thing I have to mention about this office is the ability to return the car after office hour. It is fabulous! We can just park the car in their indoor garage B4 Enterprise assigned area at 12 PM, leave the parking ticket on dashboard, and drop off the key. Saving us the overnight parking at least $20 in our hotel. The only thing I do not like is that I got the rental insurance of it, and also pay some fee since we will travel to Buffalo as well (2 continents), the guy who was helping me still try to up sell me to upgrade my rental car when I already told him there will be only my sister and me, a compact Chevy is good enough for us.
