Is it a scam?
I'm trying to cancel their subscription after they enrolled me without my knowledge. But they never answer!
My story: I came at the Eastern & 215 salon for the first time on 9/13 morning. I asked for only one session but the lady at the front desk told me that she had a better offer, a no-contract plan. She was not clear, and told me it was a month to month subscription only after payment (and because I asked multiple times). Here I am: enrolled without knowing it!
I asked to cancel immediately. But the lady told me that was not possible and I had to email management. Of course, they never answered my emails.
It seems I'll have to call my bank to stop that! I'm very disappointed. Not a good experience at all.
