I am a huge fan of sushi. Especially cheap, happy hour sushi.
Sapporo was really great. We ended up wanting to have happy hour sushi for a birthday dinner and most places dont accept reservations/. Sapporo was easily able to accommodate our large group of 12. The service was good, the waiter was patient and friendly to our large group. The way the place was laid out was neat, there were a lot of different sections with different groups of people which was nice to not feel crowded. I read some reviews about the music being too loud, I personally do not event remember hearing music until I was standing on the curb saying my goodbyes.
For the sushi, I really enjoyed the Alaskan Roll and the Yummy Yummy rolls they were both very good. I read another Yelper's review about the yummy yummy and I took the leap and gave it a shot- i wasnt disappointed :)
I thought it was a good experience, we'll definitely go back. The happy hour price was fair, our service was good and the food was quite tasty. I am looking forward to trying the tepenyaki tables!
