  • Let me start by saying I have purchased over $30,000 in appliances over the last 2 years with Spencers. The reason= they are always cheap. The downside is the install crews and customer service. This review has been edited due to the manager of this store taking the issues I had with the installation very seriously and working through a solution to carefully select who will be installing the product on any future purchase.
