Staying away from the politics on this one
The hotel is grand and luxurious. Location is a little off the strip but not unbearable. No casino or smoking allowed. I certainly didn't mind the no smoking but not having a casino was a negative for me. The rooms are spacious and decked out in typical Trump fashion: shows but not necessarily functional, big but not detail oriented. The water temperature in the shower was quite difficult to control. Various ornations were out dated and aged. The room had a vinegar smell, likely due to the cleaning chemicals they used.
In Vegas, I prefer the Palazzo or Venetian better
