  • This store is a scam. I went in with my fiancĂ©e looking for a sectional sofa, and found one we liked. We put a deposit down for layaway since we wouldn't be ready for the couch until a couple months later, when we were moved. By the time we needed the couch we ended up finding one we liked more, that was also cheaper elsewhere. I went into the store to get my deposit back, thinking this would be a non issue since they literally did nothing in exchange for my money, the item was never ordered, it wasn't being held, it was just my money and a piece of paper saying I wanted it. It wasn't the case when I was there however, because they are charging me a cancellation fee of $118 or 10% of the total cost, and I only put down $150. They took my money and had provided absolutely zero service or goods. They will definitely be reported, and I will be disputing this.
