  • Very disappointed. I made a special trip to go to this specific Hot Topic in the Boulevard Mall just looking for a superhero pin of the Punisher. Many of the staff members were extremely helpful trying to locate the pin and even emptied all of the buckets that they had and sorted through them. However, one member of the staff named Natalie Rushman actually had the pin that I was looking for on a lanyard around her neck and even though we couldn't find the pin at all she would not relinquish the PIN to me and was standoffish, rude and aggressive when I asked for it. She then told me that she was going to try to locate the pin and order it and that she would contact me when and if it came in but I never heard from her.
