  • Bigsdelivered my furniture with the wrong Ottoman to my son who had not seen the furniture. They gave me a hard time because he didn't refuse it and I had to send in a picture to prove that it was the wrong ottoman. 10 days later the Ottoman is still not delivered and when I call I have to explain the whole thing over and over again. Very bad customer service. I will never buy from them again.
