| - Stopped in on a lark, as I really didn't expect much in this seedy strip mall, but since I love Mediterranean food and there are not many up this way, I gave it a shot. Glad I did. The food is homemade and very good, prices are reasonable, service is friendly, owner is lovely and all the reviews before me are spot on. Oh, BTW, the gyros (which I am not typically fond of) were excellent. He said it's all in how you slice the meat and he must be right, as it was thicker than most, therefore not dried out. My daughter loved hers. He makes his tzatziki from sour cream, not yogurt, and it's wonderful. The gyro bread (pita) is my favorite kind, being the fluffier, softer version. No complaints here. I will be back. You can't beat the price, quality and taste. And yes, the sodas are only a $1 in a large glass with free refills. Can't beat that. Not even at McDonald's. I will be back.
