Bowling is fun no matter what ally your at. It's the atmosphere that makes it worth your while. This location has been recently "upgraded." It has been repainted inside and out and the arcade area has almost been totally wiped out and replaced with a bowling type shop with balls shoes shirts and bags. However this review is solely on the service VS the price for a birthday party I threw for my son last Sunday. I went through their corporate office to plan this event. The event coordinator I worked with was mediocre. We communicated through email, he did respond fairly quickly but not entirely accurately. When I asked about reserving a lane for adults and pricing he automatically just added an extra lane and 5 adults to the party package without explaining anything. I was only inquiring about the extra cost and I wasn't sure I would be adding any adults so for him to just add that in wasn't very proficient. When I asked him to remove it, he did and nothing else went wrong. I had 3 different prices to pick from (they require a party of 8 or more), $14.99 $18.99 or $21.99 per kid. I chose the $14.99 which included 2 hrs of bowling, shoes, unlimited drinks, and one slice of pizza for each child. Upon arriving the manager points to our lanes and says the table is set up and there are 2 pitchers on the table that we can use for the drinks. She wasn't very personable. Nothing was explained once we got there and we were never checked on. We were pretty much on our own. Bowling isn't hard to process and I've been here plenty of times But some good customer service from the ally would have been appreciated.
